Ashley has been working in the veterinary field since 2012.  She joined our Lost Key Team in 2020 when she moved to Pensacola from Louisville, Kentucky.  She has two cats and three dogs.  In her spare time she enjoys spoiling her two grandbabies (Colton & Camila).

Brooke, CVT

Brooke, CVT

Brooke is a Certified Veterinary Technician that graduated from Gwinnett Technical College in 2010.   While working in Georgia she gained experience in many different areas of the veterinary field including emergency medicine, primary care, and spay/neuter rescue organizations.  She moved to Pensacola in 2013 and has been a member of this team ever since.   On weekends you will find her enjoying the beach or heading out to find the next great camp site.

Brooklynn, Technician

Brooklynn, Technician

Brooklynn was born and raised right here in Pensacola, Florida.  She first joined the Lost Key team back in 2015 while still in high school as she knew she wanted to be in the veterinary field.  In 2019 she left to attend Pensacola State College's Veterinary Technician program full time, where she graduated with an AS in Veterinary Technology.  She has since rejoined the Lost Key team and is working towards her Veterinary Technician Certification.  Her pride and joy is her cotton tail, Percy.

Denise, Customer Service Representative

Denise, Customer Service Representative

Denise retired from the Navy in 1999. After the Navy, she joined the Lost Key team and found the joy of working with animals. She then moved to Maryland for 4 years and continued her love for veterinary medicine there. Upon moving back to Pensacola, she worked in human medicine and retired from Baptist Hospital in 2019. It didn’t take her long in retirement life to realize she wanted to follow her passion once more. Now she is back at Lost Key working with the ones she loves most, your animals.

Destiny, Customer Service Representative

Destiny, Customer Service Representative

Destiny first found her passion for working with animals in 2014 and decided to pursue an education in veterinary assistance. Once she was able to get her foot in the door as a kennel attendant, she was given the opportunity to watch and learn from many different veterinarians and technicians. She became more hands-on with fur babies of all sorts and worked her way up to a veterinary assistant. After years of working “behind the scenes” she found her niche working reception - greeting smiling faces and wagging tails.

Following her graduation, she did research with puppies and tortoises at the university as well as worked as a technician in their ICU/Recovery unit until her transition back into private practice. Valerie, Customer Service Representative

Valerie began her journey in the veterinary field in 2007. She took a brief break from working in a clinic to become a volunteer that lived on a horse boarding farm, something she had always dreamed of. She missed the veterinary side of caring for pets and their owners and found her way to the Animal Dental Center, a dental specialty practice with clinics Maryland and York, Pa. There she gained extensive knowledge about the importance of oral health in animals. Looking for a change of scenery and climate, she became a recent transplant to Pensacola and here she became a part of the Lost Key team. On her down time, she enjoys exploring Pensacola and its beaches. And spending time with her furbabies. Golden Eye and Baby Mia, her two cats. Scarlett, her ferret. And her two rats, R2D2 and Geppetto. Geppetto has a story of his own as he was found by Valerie, on the streets of Baltimore at 2 weeks old and extremely lethargic. She nursed him back to health and he became a ‘real rat’ with a loving home
