Brooklynn, Technician

Denise, Customer Service Representative

Denise retired from the Navy in 1999. After the Navy, she joined the Lost Key team and found the joy of working with animals. She then moved to Maryland for 4 years and continued her love for veterinary medicine there. Upon moving back to Pensacola, she worked in human medicine and retired from Baptist Hospital in 2019. It didn’t take her long in retirement life to realize she wanted to follow her passion once more. Now she is back at Lost Key working with the ones she loves most, your animals.

Destiny, Customer Service Representative

Destiny first found her passion for working with animals in 2014 and decided to pursue an education in veterinary assistance. Once she was able to get her foot in the door as a kennel attendant, she was given the opportunity to watch and learn from many different veterinarians and technicians. She became more hands-on with fur babies of all sorts and worked her way up to a veterinary assistant. After years of working "behind the scenes", she found her niche working reception - greeting smiling faces and wagging tails.

Valerie, Customer Service Representative

Valerie, Customer Service Representative

Valerie began her journey in the veterinary field in 2007. She took a brief break from working in a clinic to become a volunteer that lived on a horse boarding farm, something she had always dreamed of. She missed the veterinary side of caring for pets and their owners and found her way to the Animal Dental Center, a dental specialty practice. There she gained extensive knowledge about the importance of oral health in animals. Looking for a change of scenery and climate, she became a recent transplant to Pensacola and became a part of the Lost Key team. In her down time, she enjoys exploring Pensacola and it's beaches and spending time with her furbabies, Golden Eye and Baby Mia (her cats), Scarlett (her ferret) and Geppetto (her rat).

Sophie, Technician

Victoria, Technician

Victoria joined our team in November of 2022. She is originally from Prattville, Alabama. She moved to Gulf Shores to be closer to the water. Her passions are kayaking, rescuing animals in need, scary movies, and Thai food. Her favorite animal is the Manta Ray. Her life goal is to open an animal rescue for disabled dogs and cats.
